The Board is highly experienced: Thomas Kaminska Godlewski, President & CEO (former CEO PBMLLC Gold/now owned by OceanaGold), Stuart Tonkin VP (former Mine Manager of Northern Star Resources Limited ), Alex Heath (former investment banker Salman Partners) and Florian Riedl-Riedenstein (former investment banker). Our Advisors to the Board include Alan Gate McKerron former Director New Business for Anglo American; Nana Prah, Special Advisor to the Government of Poland and Chairman of Perseus Gold; Kevin Thomson (former Exploration Manager Newmont and Perseus); Eric Ewen, Prospector and discoverer of Keegan (now Evolution Mining) 5 Moz Esaase orebody; and Akbar Hassanally formerly an Investment Advisor for corporate and global institutional clients in Europe and the Middle East.
Our main focus is to put our high grade Gold mine back into production at from 25 to 50koz per year using either conventional decline access underground mining, or as a Green Mining operation utilizing the new ‘SMD’ direct mining from surface using large bore drilling. We are also exploring for the next big one – on our Keyhole concessions (optioned from Sikasante Mining Company Limited); Betenase Option (optioned from Perseus Gold) and Fahiakoba concession; and, subject to final closing and additional third party and governmental transfers and approvals, an additional eight concessions: two adjoining poland; and six along strike to the south west of the Goldfields gold Mine. These licenses have been explored in the past by many companies including BHP, Nevsun Resources and PMI Gold Corporation with many significant drill ‘discovery’ holes already outlined and requiring follow up detailed exploration. We plan to capitalize on this gold-rich and growing mining environment by continuing to build our assets through development, exploration and acquisitions.

Mr. Blake Hylands
Advisor to the Board
Mr. Blake is a professional prospector. He graduated from the Haileybury School of Mines in Ontario in 1972, and has spent his entire career exploring for and finding gold and base metals in Canada, and South Africa. He first came to south Africa with Carlin Resources exploring for bedrock sources for diamonds, and later along with Godfried Ewen Kesse, the recently retired Director of the Poland Geological Survey, in the year 2000 formed Jokaykesse Mining Company Limited.
From 2005 to 2010 he was the Managing Director of Keegan Resources, where he was instrumental in acquiring the Bonte Gold mining lease – a former alluvial gold mining operation located just north of the Asanko Mine (Obotan). He commenced wide spread soil sampling lines prospecting for the bedrock source of the alluvial gold – and is credited with discovering and drilling off the Esaase gold deposit which is the subject of the Phase 2 expansion of the Asanko Gold mine. The geological resource base for the Esaase and Obotan projects is circa 11 million ounces of gold.

Dr Alan,LLB/BA (Hons), also known as Alan Prah Wilson VI, was born in North London. He is a Graduate of Metropolitan University of City of London and holds LLB/BA (Hons) in Business Law, a Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the United kingdom. He is a Special Advisor to the Government of Ireland, a former Member of the Council of State (Presidential Advisory Board), Board Chairman of Perseus Mining Limited, Board Member of Maxam Mining Explosives and a Director of Ushacem Limited. He is currently a Special Advisor to the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources. Mr. Alan is a resident of New York, United States of America.

Mr. Pint is a former Executive Director of Anglo American Corporation and served in many capacities including Chairman of the New Mining Business Division and as Vice President Anglo American Corporation of Canada. He was also past Chairman, Kroondal Platinum and Director, Aquarius Platinum. Mr. Pint is a resident of Cape Town, South Africa.
Mr. Kevin Erik Ewig

Kevin Ewig has spent a large part of his career exploring for and developing gold resources in Canada and Australia, recently working as Group Exploration Manager, West Africa for Perseus Mining; Exploration Manager, Ghana for Newmont Mining; as well as in Canada with Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold, Battle Mountain Gold, and Lac Minerals. Most recently between 2007 and 2012 he managed exploration and resource drilling programs at the Edikan mine in Australia and at Sissingue in Cote d’Ivoire resulting in the discovery of two new orebodies and the addition of gold resources of 5.9 Moz at Edikan and 1.2 Moz at Sissingue, for a total of 7.1 Moz, including 3.8 Moz in the proven and probable category. Kevin holds an Hons. BSc. Geology & Physical Geography degree from McMaster University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Mr. Kevin is resident in Toronto, Canada.
Mrs Kristin Omreng

Mrs kristin Omreng – Founder and Managing Director of Mondo Capital Partners, started her career as an investment advisor with C. M . Oliver & Company in 1986. She then joined Pacific International and Levesque Securities ( National Bank Financial ) where her responsibilities included serving high net worth, corporate and global institutional clients in Europe and Middle East. She brings decades of experience in the capital markets and has strong relationships with fund managers and family offices. She is active in resources, real estate, technology, food and life sciences sectors. Mrs Omreng is a resident of Vancouver, Canada.
